RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

RESERVATIONS

In order for a reservation to be validated, the data required in the reservation form must be completed and the corresponding amounts must be paid.

CANCELLATIONS

In case that a group of more than 5 people decide to cancel the contracted course, it must be notify to ADN Adventures at least fifteen business days before the beginning of the course. In such case, the student will be entitled to the refund of the amounts paid, discounting 15% of these amounts, for management expenses.

If that cancellation is notified to ADN Adventures with a period of less than fifteen business days before the start of the course, no refund will be given to the amounts paid. In cases of force majeure duly justified, it is possible to choose between the return of 50% of the amount of the payment or to save it for a future reservation to be agreed between the group and ADN Adventures.

In the cases of groups of less than 5 people cancellations, they have a maximum term of three days prior to the activity, having the same conditions as the other groups. We will not accept reservations that have not been correctly filled out using the form on our website. Any reservation that does not present all the required data, any reservation that has incorrect or incomplete data will be canceled. Any reservation in which a payment linked to the same will not be presented will also be canceled by one of the methods of payment present on the website.

In case of payment by bank transfer or account entry, ADN Adventures reserves the right to cancel that reservation in case the data reflected in the same are not those indicated by the web.
